For more than three decades, Lito Sousa dedicated his life to aviation. Through Aviões e Músicas, he turned complex ideas into stories that welcomed millions into the world above the clouds.

Today, Lito is facing his most severe turbulence: Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, a rare and rapidly progressive neurological condition. His fight has become a worldwide call for attention, research and possibility.

Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) is a rare, fatal neurodegenerative disorder caused by abnormal prion proteins. It can affect memory, coordination, movement, communication and vision, often progressing within weeks or months.
